Mick Jagger Will Be A Father For The Eighth Time

Mick Jagger

Mick JaggerSir Mick Jagger had another shake left in the bag as he will become a parent again at the ripe old age of 72.

The baby is due in January 2017 and will be the Rolling Stones singer’s first child with 29-year-old American ballerina Melanie Hamrick.

“This is great news. It will be Mick’s eighth child and nothing fazes him. He’s been incredibly supportive,” Jagger’s spokesperson told The Sun.

The couple with a 43-year age gap have been an item since, at least, July 2014 when they were spotted kissing on a hotel balcony in the Switzerland city of Zurich.

Hamrick knows Jagger will be a great father again after seeing the strong relationship he has with his other children, the spokesperson said.

Jagger’s seven other children, who are aged between 16 and 45, are split between four other women.

He also has five grandchildren and became a great-grandfather this year.

Jagger will support the baby but it is understood Hamrick won’t be moving to Britain to raise her child with the rock legend.
