Our iconic Australian cartoon koala, Blinky Bill finally gets his own movie.
The cute koala bear will be revived in The Blinky Bill Movie. This will be his second appearance in a film since the 1992 movie, Blinky Bill.
Aussie actor and True Blood star Ryan Kwanten will voice the mischievous Blinky and Tim Burton’s former art director, Deane Taylor is set to direct the feature length film.
In the film, Blinky will set off across the outback from his hometown Greenpatch to find his missing father. Blinky will meet some new friends along the way, but of course, will include the original characters.
The release date for the movie is yet to be confirmed.
