New Girl is returning to our screens as it has been renewed for another series.
The sixth season will mean our favourites characters, Jess, Winston and Nick, are not going anywhere as we get to sit on the edge of our seats and see how Cece and Schmidt’s wedding and life together unfolds.
Fox Broadcasting Company Entertainment president David Madden said what New Girl has achieved is what every comedy should strive for.
“The series is as creatively strong today as it ever was, we want to congratulate New Girl on reaching its milestone 100th episode and we can’t wait for the next subversive and hilarious chapter of these characters’ lives,” he said.
Season Five of the hit sitcom will wrap up in the US next month, but the date for the new season debut is still to be revealed.
But, in the meantime, you can continue watching the comedy, as the big wedding gets closer, on Thursday nights on Eleven.
