The iconic house from the Harry Potter movies has gone on the market.
The home, which is located in Martins Heron, Bracknell, is better known as 4 Privet Drive and was the set for the Dursley’s home in the first Harry Potter film.
It’s most recognised feature is the cupboard under the stairs, which was where Harry was forced to live by his cruel Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon.
Buyers will get three bedrooms, plenty of living space and a sizeable garden for the current owners’ price of £475,000. It was last sold for £290,000 in May 2010.
The listing says that the home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location and the property recently underwent a complete renovation to an extremely high standard.
There is a large reception room, kitchen and diner and bathroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms, including a master with an en-suite and a family bathroom upstairs.
The garden has a large patio and grass area, perfect for families and entertaining.
It is also just 0.2 miles from Martins Heron railway station, making it ideal for commuters.
