Actress Daisy Ridley and filmmaker J.J. Abrams will be working together on the new film Kolma.
Ridley is set to star in the fantasy-romance film which is being produced by Abrams company, ‘Bad Robot Productions.’
Kolma tells the story of a woman who survives a car crash that kills her boyfriend and reaches the afterlife many years later. At that time, she must decide if she wants to return to her first love and not remember her later years or remain the same and wait for her longtime husband’s passing.
Ridley shot to international stardom by playing Rey in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which Abrams cast her in.
She is also in talks to play Lara Croft in a Tomb Raider reboot.
